PowerPC 970fx. It is not an Intel processor.

Sorry, I made a huge mistake. I do not have snow leopard. Sorry, my eyes are playing tricks on me. :-)
Hi Tanmara, the G5 you have isn't the Quad, but Dual CPU, Not Dual Core, & uses the plain 970, not the 970fx.
As well, Leopard/10.5.8 is the latest it can use/run. 🙂

Yes it would say Intel as in...

But no G5s are Intel, they're all IBM/PPC CPUs. 🙂
