My ipod touch wont Sync , well idk how to do it? The sync button wont let me click it.

Is this the same computer you last synced the iPod to? If the computer crashed and you had to reinstall the computer OS, the iPod will see the computer/iTunes library as a new one.

ive got a new ipod nano 7th gen and it wont sync to the laptop

usb is 3.0, windows 8 all good, but just wont recognise device to sync it

ive uninstalled iTunes, done it over and again, been to genius bar, swapped ipod for a new one last night and it wont sync.

please someone can help sort this out cause apple aint bothered to!
