The bluetooth on my Mac suddenly stopped working. The bluetooth setup is not appearing in System Preferences and it appears the bluetooth module itself is now missing.
How do I get back the bluetooth module that came with the computer?

Go to support on the web site. Type "PRAM" in the search field - articles are there. Do the same thing for "SMC."
