Why doesn't Apple TV isn't showing up on iPad2??

Bought the apple tv, because of the mirroring feature. Got it connected to the network (via Cisco WAP 4410n). iPad2 is connected to same network; however, the ipad doesn't show the apple tv. What am I missing?

"wireless access point" and "wireless router" are essentially interchangeable terms. In almost all cases, they refer to the same type of device. The Cisco is a standard 802.11 wireless router/access point, though with some additional security and filtering functions from the cheaper WiFi units, which may be affecting matters. would perhaps be a good place to start. Make sure you select a security access method that the Apple TV and iPad support.

Regards.
