Can I use Wireless Mighty mouse (A1197) with 0S 10.3.9?

Hi There,

I would like to purchase a Wireless Mighty Mouse model no. MB111ZM/A. However, I am still using OS 10.3.9 and don't wish to upgrade OS to Tiger at this stage, but wanted to know if this mouse will still work despite the system requirements stating that OS 10.4? upwards. If it will work are there any features that I will loose?

Any help you can give would be be greatly appreciated.
