I find it odd that no one from Apple has made a statement or sent us messages.

I don't.  Apple is not known for publicizing.  The last time I saw something similar to this, people were posting and making the same sorts of comments, then about a week later the issue cleared up.  No indication of acknowledgement there was an issue, what the issue was, or that it had been cleared up.  That's just the way they operate.

Limnos speaks volumes.  This is my experience as well which is unfortunate and unbecoming a company that enjoys so much financial success.  It reflects what happens when monopolies flourish.  Ditto x 1,000 in regard to Microsoft.  It would be nice to see a competive alternative to Apple and Microsoft and then you can bet they wouldn't be so unresponsive and silent when so many of their customers ask for support on a matter and do not receive it.

    Dear Apple Corporation,

Please explain why the radio tuning service is not working and when will it be working again.

Tip to everyone experiencing the radio tuner service error:

KEEP CLICKING IT REPETITIVELY.  THAT WORKED FOR ME AND PROBABLY WILL WORK FOR YOU TOO!

No dice here either in Ohio. I have mine checked for 32-bit mode instead of 64bit because of my OGG files but It worked fine last week so I'm sure that's not it.

Radio not working here in Berkshire, UK.  Same problem everyone else is experiencing.

    Yet more software bugs!

I've recently switched over to Apple products, but I'm wishing I hadn't.  It's becoming a complete waste of my time.

Sounds like a server issue since it worked even after the update.

I've had the same problem for days and think I've found a workaround. Found the info below in the Help section of iTunes:

    If you use Windows XP:

    1. Choose Edit > Preferences.
    2. Click Advanced.
    3. Click the Set button next to “Use iTunes as the default player for audio files.”

If you use Windows 7 or Windows Vista:

    1. Choose Start > Default Programs.
    2. Click “Set your default programs.”
    3. In the list on the left, click iTunes.
    4. Click “Set this program as default.”

I have Windows7 and after following the above instructions, my iTunes radio started working immediately as soon as I set it as the default player. Hope this helps.

Received the same error everyone has been discussing. I don't think any changes to your local machine are going to fix the problem. The response from Apple's server is as follows (from Fiddler). Looks like a file isn't avaiable.

It must have been a server issue, because it seems to be working fine now.

I have the same issue here in Belgium. You have to KEEP REFRESHING and eventually you will get your stream list after a few tries.

    Cheers!

Some stations were working.....now I restart iTunes and I've lost the stations.  Classical for one was working before and now not.  Not sure why any of the blogs are not even reporting this issue as it seems to be wide spread.

I'm in Connecticut and I have the same problem and in the same time frame. It would be nice to be informed if there's a solution or when one can be expected. All we get is silence from Apple.
