Logic Express 9 won't load iZotope Vinyl

I can't get LE 9 to load iZotope Vinyl. It loads fine in Garageband, but LE doesn't see it. It doesn't even show up in the AU manager.

I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Vinyl, permission repair and starting LE in 32-bit mode, all to no effect.

Any thoughts?
