I live in a home that was originally two separate manufactured home with alluminum siding. The roof is made of steel. My office is in the back. The WiFi signal also has to make it through the kitchen which has two microwaves. Could I use a signal booster? I have an early MiniMac with airport and a DSL with a QWest modem. I recently purchased an iPad and an Apple TV. I am hoping to sit in the living room and connect to my network with both of these. Occasionally I can connect but then I loose the connection. Lots of WiFi networks that are not mine keep popping up and the MacTV has a Dlink. At this point I have pretty much spent my tax return on these items so I am looking for an inexpensive fix. Can you help?
