how do I delete office template in lion

I really want to delete some of "My Template"s from the excell template. I can't fine where they are kept. tried spotlight, tried library, tried the god awful Microsoft help site, tried prayer and cursing. Any ideas would be well recieved.

~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/User Templates/My Templates

You can get to your user's Library folder by holding down the Option key and going to the Go menu in Finder.
