Could you detail to indicate about how does fix own proxy setting for HTTPS?
It means your iTunes doesn't connect to internet (Error 310). Basically proxies issues.
So, try this:
Check your IE Browser settings (Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings) if you are NOT on LAN network. Make sure all proxies are unchecked. Try that again. Hope that helps.
