Putting text next to a picture

Hello,

Here's a screenshot explaining my inquiry.

(copy paste if ever it's too small to read):

I would like to put this text on the right of the picture underneath, starting from the top right of the picture, going to the end of the page, if necessary, and starting on the next line, until it reaches the bottom right of the picture. I would also like to be able to do the same with a list (not continuous text). As you can see, the default settings don’t allow this

Thank you !

You have the image inline. ie is pasted into the text and acting just as if it was one big character.

Put your caption in a floating text box and copy and paste that next to the image as another inline object.

The textbox will pop out of place. Click on it:

Inspector > Wrap > uncheck Object causes wrap

Then click on the txtbox so you see the white handles and pull up the bottom handle until the text lines up with the bottom edge of the image.

As this is fiddly, it would be best to do a set of Image + textbox and substitute image and text as needed.
