My son said he downloaded Hot Donut, Sack of 20 Cyrstals once but I'm getting charged multiple times.

if you are still getting these charges, then someone is still purcahsing them on your account. They are in-apps. They are ingame enhancements that developers are allowed to add to their games.

Thanks. That's what I get for giving a 9yr old my password. I figured it was telling him each time he (I) was getting charged but he said it was not. Password changed and not being shared. Probably solved.
If you write into iTunes support, they may be able to refund the charges. They are pretty awesome for understanding circumstances.
