Audiobook won't play on iPhone, but it does play in iTunes it's an 8 hour book. I can scrub through the book, and even see the chapters advancing but it just won't play in my iPhone 4 (iOs 5.0.1). The book does play on my two other iTunes libraries.

I fixed this with the help of another support question. When you sync your phone remove it and sync again. Then chose selected audiobooks for syncing. Resync. This worked for me.
This didn't help at all....
I'm listening to a 20 hr. book and having an identical issue.
It worked for me. I had some updates that I did first and went back and two of my audiobooks still weren't playing so I unchecked them, synced, rechecked them, synced, and now its all good. I heard on another forum though that audiobooks over 6 hours don't play well on ipods so maybe it's the same with the iphone. My books were only a couple hours long.
