Are you saying that you're not able to log in using your Apple ID and password (link attached) to begin configuring your site?

We show your site as activated and the login URL above should work (legacy url) or you can use http://sitemanager.itunes.apple.com/

Mar 23, 2012 9:36 AM in response to Duncan Bernhardtby ibioadmin,Hi Duncan,
Could you possibly tell me how to submit a collection to the iTunes U editors to show in the "Staff Favorites" or "What's Hot" section?
It's a free, excellent collection of biology videos by top-notch scientists (including a number of Nobel winners) called "iBioSeminars."
I am asking this way because I have never successfully received feedback by asking a question through the Apple support form.
Thank you!

Aug 25, 2012 6:42 AM in response to Syd Rodockerby turkawka,Hi Syd
Same Problem with me... My Apple-ID is working for the course-Manager but not for site-Manager. The ID is itunesu@niniho.ch (changed from turkawka.g).
Any hints? Thank you for the support.
Cheers, Gregory
