iphone not turning on

Plug iPhone in with Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to start, usually less than 20 seconds of holding both buttons.

Try a different charger and try charging it via computer as well. Sometimes if you are using a third party charger there can be some issues with the iPhone not actually receiving any power.
