Nevermind I solved it.
I created a new provisioning profile with the same App ID.
That doesn't seem like a proper solution. If there's an Renew option, it should work.
I'm having the same problem now and I just want to renew in stead of creating a new profile.

I'm also having this problem and don't want to create a new provision to work around it. Anyone managed to fix or advice from Apple? Is this a bug with provisioning portal?
I eventually just created new distribution provisioning profiles for each of my apps, downloaded the profiles and that worked fine. You just need to delete the old, expired profiles from your keychain.
