I recently bought a mac and transferred all my music over from my iphone, but i messed up and deleted the user account that had all of that info on it. is there any way to get that back or transfer my music and pictures back to my computer from my iphone? please and thank you

The iphone is not a backup device.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
Your music and pictures should still be on the iPhone so just copy them back across. You can only copy music purchases from the iTunes store from the iPhone to your Mac, you cannot copy any ripped music. Also, all your past purchases are available to re-download on iTunes on your Mac, just go to the iTunes store and click on 'Purchased' on the right-hand side menu.
Do you use iCloud backup as everything should be backed up to the cloud?
so any music downloaded from anywhere besides the iTunes store is lost? and yes, i do use iCloud
No, its still on the iPhone but you cannot transfer it from the iPhone to your Mac, only the other way round.
To transfer anything not purchased from the iTunes Store, you need to use a 3rd-party utility. Here are two that will do the job:

I am also trying to save my music on my phone after I replaced my hard drive on my MacBook. Somedone told me about PhoneView, but I downloaded it a few weeks ago when I first started this adventure & apparently never ran the program so now the free demo has expired. The wide angle software says it is not compatible with my version of OS X, do you know of another way to back up my music & restore them to iTunes on my new hard drive?

Roaminggnome is right your idevice should not be uase as a backup.

My MacBook hard drive crashed and I got it replaced. I wasn't able to back up the data therefore losing my music downloads on my Macbook. Some of the downloads were from a "free website", others were from iTunes. When I attempt to resync my iTouch, it appears as thought it is removing my music that was transferred from iTunes from my other hard drive. I'm afraid if I try to sync my itouch on my new hard drive, it will delete all of my music downloads.
It seems with modern technology there must be a way, that I can sync my iTouch music downloads without them getting deleted from my iTouch. Does someone know how this can be done?

You don't use Internet Explorer to transfer.

Thanks. Follwoing seems to be a good tool & I recovered some music from the demo version:
I was having this exact same problem myself till I figured it out.
1.) With your iPhone plugged in, click on the iPhone button near the top right of iTunes next to iTunes Store.
2.) Click "On This iPhone"
3.) Click "Add To"
4.) Then you can drag music to your phone from your albums, songs list, playlists, etc.

If the music is "Purchased", connect your phone to iTunes, right click on your device and select "Transfer Purchases". That will transfer all of the purchased music, and apps to iTunes, and you don't need any software to do it.
