If I Want to Purchase a New iPhone 4S

Do I make an appointment to purchase an iPhone 4S and get it set-up at the Apple Store or do I just fo in to an Apple Store? I used to see where they get the iPhone connected for you, get your plan set-up with the carier, and give you some basic teaching so you know how to use the iPhone before leaving the store. The ads I see now have taken out the teaching at the time you get your new account for the iPhone 4S set-up and mentions about being able to attend free classes in the future. I would need some basic information before I left the store.

I am also wondering if anybody has any comments about the Mophie Juice Pack or the Mophie Juice Pack Plus?

Just go to the Apple Store or any other official seller.

You can read the manual to leasrn how to use it, if you need it.

I have never had an iPhone or a smartphone. I have never even sent a text. I have never used an app or installed an app on the phone. I see there is an "App Store" in my dock. Is this where people get the apps on their iPhones?

Any opinion if ATT is really the best carrier to have when you get an iPhone? I have a cell phone with Verizon but the contract is expired.

I have to get this for work. With my travels I have to get what the boss call a Mophie Juice Pack or the Juice Pack Plus? Any opinion on these?
