I've spent countless hours trying to figure out how to use my outboard compressor with my new duet 2 using logic pro 9.
How should I plug into/out of the duet ?
How should I set up Maestro
How would i create the "master" track (all tracks thru my compressor condensed into the final track)

Put it in the signal chain? With the mic pre i.e.?
The duet only has 2 input channels, a stereo headset out and left/right mono speaker outputs so I have a hard time seeing how you can effectively make use of an outboard compressor by sending stuff out of the Duet for compression and then back in. At least without not having to cable and move stuff around alot.
