YouTube videos won't play on Safari 5.1.3

Many youtube video on Safari 5.1.3 don't play just show a black screen. I open the same link in Firefox 10.0.2 and the videos play. I read this may be caused by caused by downloading a bad torrent(s)?

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for all helpful suggestions.

I'm running 5.1.3 of Safari and have the same issue. I have not ever downloaded any torrents. I have a few extensions to Safari, but it doesn't matter if I have them on or not. I guess you Allan might have Flash installed? Because to me it looks like Google has screwed up with the HTML5, which has been broken almost all the time. Now it has even broken Click2Flash. 😠
