Audio, Crash problemes iphone 3gs

i´m using a iphone 3gs

When i´m phoning to somebody it went crashing

sometimes i don´t hear anything trough headphones or through the normal speaker, when i´m saying something me partner doesn´t hear me

what can i do ?
