Q: itunes is giving me a message that itunes.exec is set to run in compatibilty mode tells me to turn it off how?
itunes .exec is set to run in compatibilty mode - I think it was changed when I brought it in for service. I can't upgrade to a later version - can't do much of anything! I am using Windows VISTA. I would like to uninstall itunes & reinstall it but I'm afraid I'll loose everything - any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
