Print multiple slides on 1 page

How do I print multiple slides on 1 page from a pdf power point?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

The answer is the same whether you are printing from a PDF viewer like Apple Preview, or from PowerPoint.


When you go to print, expand the Print dialog to see the additional options and look for the popup menu in the line that goes all the way across the box. In that popup menu is a choice called Layout. In the Layout choice you can choose Pages Per Sheet. In there you tell it if you want to print 2, 4, 6, etc. pages on a single sheet of paper.

Actually the answer above is located in the OS X printer driver, and not in PowerPoint-specific code. That's why it applies to Apple Preview too, or any other app on a MacBook Pro.
