While in the book mode right click on the background of the View All Pages view and select Save Book as PDF. That will produce a pdf file that will let you print each page to the 11 x 8.5 size stock and the book jacket to the 23.75 × 9.63 inches size that the dust cover requires for a printed and bound book.

If you don't plan to use a dust cover you can do a Print ➙ PDF ➙ Save As PDF to get a pdf file of every page of the book at 11 x 8.5 inches, including the dust cover front and back.

In either case you can print one page at a time from the PDF file.

OR, if you want to get a 200 dpi jpge of each page oif the book, do a Print ➙ PDF ➙ Save PDF to iPhoto. This will create a 200 dpi jpg image of each page and import it into iPhoto. Then you can print each page separately from iPhoto if desired. You can increase the dpi of the saved images by downloadng the Save PDF to iPhoto (300 dpi) Automator workflow from Toad's Cellar and placing it in the HD/Library/PDF Services folder.
