Carolyn, this morning I read a post about connectivity issues, to which you responded. One of the fixes that you mentioned was Open DNS. You described to a "T" how to make the neccessary network changes.

An IT specialist diagnosed my problem, days ago, as a DNS issue at my ISP. Of course, when we both contacted my internet provider, they denied that it could be THEIR problem, AS USUAL. (It's your router/modem/browser) So today when I spotted your post, my little brain started buzzing. I installed the OpenDNS IP numbers and wound up with a solution to my woes. A sincere thank you for sharing your knowledge.
