How do you print oldest to newest conversation email chain?

My boss is trying to print out emails with a really long chain of conversation. However, every time he does it, it prints from newest to oldest conversation. He's wanting to print oldest to newest conversation, so that it's in order, and easier to read. I'm sure this is very easily remedied, but I didn't see anything similar to this question in the community.

There's nothing specific about MacBook Pros in this question. You should, (a) specify what e-mail client and wht Mac OS X version you are talking about, and, (b) post your question in the forum dedicated to that version. I'll assume you're talking about Mail.app.

Regarding e-mail printing -- presumably your boss is aware it will waste a great deal of paper, and that there's no impediment to reading the messages in Mail.app. When printing from Mail, each message will be printed separately. The order in which they are printed depends on the sorting order in the viewer.

So the most efficient way of doing what you ask is to use View > Organize by Thread, select the thread, click the Date Received column button (the sorting triangle should point upward), then choose File > Print. Although the dialogue preview shows only the first message, all messages in the selected thread will be printed.
