iMessage sending pictures

A couple of days ago my iMessages started not to send pictures or video to other iMessage users. On my phone it shows the picture or video go through and it tells me it is delievered. However the person I sent them to never receives it. This isn't just with one person this is with everyone I know that uses iMessage. If I turn iMessage off in settings pictures and video go through fine using my carrier. This tells me this isn't a carrier problem. I can send messages back an forth through iMessage and can even receive pictures and videos from others through iMessage as well. When I attempt to send a picture or video it shows the waiting dots on the receivers phone but after it tells me it was delievered they go away and nothing is received. I am very confused and would like to get this fixed since it just started a couple days ago.
