Can I batch stabilize video in compressor?

Hi there.

I've got about (30) 10 second clips that I need to put some sort of stabalization on. I know how to do this in fcp but I'd have to group all movies in one timeline to do it all at once. Is there a way to do it in compressor (or another program) where I can just make settings for one and batch change them all?
