I open iCloud but closes itself while logging in
I just bought this iPad and when i try to open iCloud it asks for my id and password but after i write them the iCloud doesnt load, instead of that im sent back to the Main screen

iCloud is not a separate app, so what is that you're trying to open? If it's the iCloud website in your browser, the site is not accessible from iDevices.
