Is Sharp MX-2310U printer supported by Mac

When trying to print to sharp MX-2310U network printer, nothing happens. Proper drivers for Lion has been loaded & printer configured.

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

This model does not supporting printing from Apple computers without the optional (and expensive) MX-PB14 PCL6 Expansion Kit. Note the * next to the place where it says OS X is "supported" in the sales literature. For PostScript you need both the the MX-PB14 & the MX-PK11 PS3 Expansion Kit and as well.

PS3 expansion kit MX-PK11 Enables the machine to be used as a Postscript compatible printer. To use the PS3 expansion kit, the printer expansion kit (MX-PB14) is required."
