My iPad keyboard split in half. How do I fix it?

Just pull both ends back together with your fingers. Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>Off.

OR tap and hold the keyboard icon on the keyboard (it's the button on the lower right of the keyboard).

Then select "Dock and Merge."

You can do it in 3 ways

1. Drag keyboard toward each other

2. Hold the keyboard button down for a second or two to merge

3. Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>Off.

Thanks to all who replied. Both the keyboard squeeze and the settings worked (tried 'em both).

You pull the keyboard apart. Easily done. No seettings or buttons involved, just drag the two sides of the keyboard with two fingers/thumbs in opposite directions. Then push together again to reunite.
