Not had the phone very long and really don't no how to do a lot with it

Do you no if it's online because the one I got with this is tiny and I can't see the writing

The link that he provided you is an Adobe pdf file that will open in your Internet browser. That will give you what you need.
However, if you have more trouble reading it, go to Settings>Safari> then click on the "clear history" and "clear cookies and data" buttons to clear your cache.
