Can you please share your Automater script?

I had around 64.000 tmp files in "Calendart Sync Changes" accumulated since 3rd august 2012. Deleting the files seems to have solved the problem with constant disk acitivity and an increasingly slower MAC.
TMP files still seems to accumulate on my OSX Ver 10.8.4 with parallels 8 running Windows XP installed
Will there be a fix for this problem ?

I haven't seen this problem since 10.7.4 was released. I am now running 10.8.4 (I also run Parallels 8 with Windows 7 on occassion).
Try resetting sync services to see if that might fix the problem. That would be the first thing I would try at this point.

I have done a resetting of sync service using
- In the Finder, choose Utilities from the Go menu.
- Open Terminal.
- In the Terminal window, type or paste the following command on a single line:
/System/Library/Frameworks/SyncServices.framework/Versions/A/Resources/resetsync .pl full
- Press Return.
- Quit Terminal after the operation has completed (when Terminal returns to the command prompt with a $).
.tmp files still accumulate though
