iCloud works at home, but not at work - why?

I've discovered that the problems I've been having with iCloud, iTunes (not opening) and Outlook 2007 (only opening in Safe Mode) are only encountered on my office Wi-Fi network, not at home which is on a different Wi-Fi network. Does anybody have any idea why that might be? I'm stumped!
