I want to backup my iTunes library, as simple as possible

The title pretty much says it all. I used to be able to use the 'back up to disk' feature but since this isnt available I really am stuck. I've lost my entire iTunes before, a few years back, and I know the terrible feeling. I dont want to ever have this feeling again haha. I really hope someone can help me, I mean I'm not the most tech 'savvy' person and so I just need the comfort of knowing that my itunes music can be restored at any time, if need be.
