iTunes says there are no episodes...feedburner issues

This is starting to get super annoying. What I thought was going to be a simple task has occupied all my free time in the last two days. I'm trying to get iTunes to recognize my podcast, but it says there are no episodes....but according to all the tips i've read, I should be all set. See below for blogsite and feedburner feed.

Blog Feed: http://cosmicpulsedc.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default

Blog URL: http://cosmicpulsedc.blogspot.com/

what am I doing wrong here?

Your episode's media file is a Flash Player with a .swf extension. iTunes does not play Flash, and does not display episodes which have no playable media, hence the error message.

Your media files need to be .mp3, m4a (audio) or .m4v, .mp4 or .mov (video) and you need to provide a direct link to the actual media file, not an embedded player.

ugh this is so obnoxious....feedburner is way behind and pinging doesn't push the changes as it claims to do.

I've manually entered a rel="enclosure" in the anchor tag and perhaps that'll do something. I'm also going to try and add a new blog post with the link...perhaps the old blog post was completely screwed up by the flash player. There's got to be a way to include the flash player and the proper enclosure path to the mp3 file though right?

got to love how even on all the tutorial sites they all say its "easy" be seem to give instructions in secret language almost as though they don't want new people finding out how to do this....I've now gone bald from pulling my hair out.

surgery is easier than this

That won't do anything at all. You need a separate 'enclosure' tag but you're not going to be able to put that in yourself. Blogger will do it all for you if you enter the information correctly: deleting the original post and replacing it from scratch, as I suggested before, is the way to go.
