Everytime I try the Software update on my ipod touch 4 it always says theres an eror.
"disconnect and reconnect, then try again. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connections are active, or try again later."
Disabling the computer's security software usually resolves the network timeout error.
OK, Try temporarily disabling or turning off your firewall and anti-virus software, and try the download again.
Ive already done that and it still doesn't work.
is there anything else i can do.?
