I was wondering how much RAM the iPod touch 4th Generation running iOS 5.0.1 have? I have heard that it has approximately 512 RAM but I was just wondering.

theres approximately 512mb of ram of the ipod 4th gen i have around 250mb left an used approximately 55% ram
