I am thinking about getting one but i want to know if it will work with a Dual G5 from around 2006 with pci express graphics.

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8), Dual G4 1.25 GHz, GeForce4 Ti 4600

Nope, sorry, that's for IntelMacs only, Mac Pros specifically.

I'm pretty sure the EVGA card does, not sure about the Apple Nvidia card.
