Airport Express wifi network not working

I have an Airport Express connected to my router via Ethernet. I created a Wi-Fi network with the Aiport Utility. I can connect to the Wi-Fi network with my iPhone, but Internet is not working. iTunes from my computers can accesss the Airport Express and play music through it.

These are the Airport settings:

"Create a Wireless network"

WPA2 Personal

"Select how you connect to the Internet: "Ethernet" and "Using DHCP"

In the past the Airport Express was configured to piggyback off an existing wireless network. But I think that setting should be gone since I have chosen "Create a Wireless network" and not "Join a wireless network".

Open AirPort Utility and click Manual Setup

Click the Internet icon, then click the Internet Connection tab

Make sure that the setting for Connection Sharing = Off (Bridge Mode)

Update to save any changes

Then power down the entire network...all devices....power down order is not important

Wait a few minutes

Power up the modem/router first and let it run a full minute by itself

Power up the Express the same way

Continue powering up devices one at a time the same way until everything is powered back up

You should be able to connect through the Express and on to the Internet
