Mainstage with logic v. 2.1.3 vs. Mainstage w/o logic v. 2.2.1
I have read, and have been told that there are major updates to Mainstage since it was released as a Feature Update and sold seperatly from Logic Pro Studio. But after reading all the information that I have been given, I dont see any improvment that might be the reason for the split from logic and the reason to buy another version that may be more buggy than the original. The explination below looks like a fix of 2.2 with the 2.2.1 release, and is actually stating that in version 2.1.3, this issue was not present.
Addresses an issue in MainStage 2.2 where performance decreased compared to MainStage 2.1.3 on non-hyper-threaded 2-core computers.
So I am still not clear why I should drop the 30 bucks, and risk getting more bugs than I have in version 2.1.3.
My original question still stands.
What are the Feature Updates in Mainstage 2.2 over version 2.1.3?
Please don't reply if you are just going to link me to the user manual or the reasons why there is an update from version 2.2 to version 2.2.1.
