i download free mixtapes off datpiff and when they download they open a folder in my documents, when i open the song they open on itunes. Lately they will download but when i close the folder i opened them from itunes cannot locate the songs and i cant put them on my iphone.

Kbick, I believe Datpiff is providing Zip files. After it downloads, double-click it to extract the files, and put them on your desktop. Then delete the original Zip file. It is the extracted files that you can use in iTunes.

By the way, if you don't want to clutter your desktop, you can put them into your iTunes Media folder. The important thing is to make sure you are using the extracted files, not the ones in the Zip folder.
