Q: Missing user Library folder in Lion

I can't see the library folder under my user account, but some files are still showing a file path from there. Is it hidden or is something else going on?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2), 2.53 intel core 2 duo, 4gb ram

It's hidden by default in 10.7

 

In the FInder hold the Alt (or option) Key and click on the Go Menu

 

The Library will be available as an option there.

 

If you feel you need permanent or regular access to it just drag it to the sidebar. The shortcut still works just fine.
