FCS Search Expired Response

I am using Search Expired response to delete assets older than 10 days. The response is fired from a schedule and log says it fired and matched x number of assets but the Subscription attached to the "custom 1" event I selected is not fired until i restart FCS.

Why is this happeneing and what I can do to fire the subscription normally without restaring FCS, please help

Are there any errors reported in the Logs pane in the Administration window?

You might try clearing your event queue with command in Terminal (always make a db backup first):

/Library/Application\ Support/Final\ Cut\ Server/Final\ Cut\ Server.bundle/Contents/MacOS/fcsvr_client flush_response_queue
