Dear Apple Community!


I've got a new iPhone 4S after a hardware issue of my first iPhone.


My first 4S was registered and shown at my "My support profile" site under "My Products".


Now my first 4S is gone (probally, because Apple deleted it -> hardware issue), but if try to register my new 4S manually, the Apple website says that the product is already registered. (Maybe, because iTunes have done it while first syncing, but it's not shown under "My products".)


Maybe anyone can help me? I would like to see my new 4S under "My products". :/
