I need to unzip some files on my new mac book with Lion. What should I download to do this? Thanks

The UnArchiver will unzip just about anything and it's free.

Assuming they aren't password protected, Mac OS X contains the needed software. If they are, use StuffIt Expander.

Well, you can unless you’re in hurry, as this window goes for 3 minutes. And helpdesk.zip is 453 bytes file.
