iPhone not uploading documents

Hi,

My iPhone has stopped uploading Pages and Numbers documents to iCloud. It just sits there with a little up arro on each changed document.

This started happening after I synced my phone with a new laptop. I have tried deleting Numbers and Pages and reinstalled then. I've tried turning off documents in the phone settings. I also logged into iCloud.com on my mac and deleted all docs and I did the same on my phone. Nothing has worked.

Any ideas?
