What have you tried so far? "Some tutorials" doesn't tell us anything without knowing which tutorials.
I don't have the id of te tutorial, but the content is, remove all apple component and itunes and reinstal itunes and retry to connect the iphone.
but the problem is, the apple device don't find the driver to complete the recovery mode
it seems that it don't have the driver of the Apple Mobile device (Recovery Mode), windows don't found the driver.
any help or tutorials
What is your operating system?
Is it 32 bit or 64 bit?
Do you have the correct version of iTunes (32 bit or 64 bit)?
Are you installing iTunes using an account with Administrator privileges?

You must install with administrator privileges or the driver won't be installed. As you reported.

there is no choice to install itunes with administrator privilegies, i'm already admin.

Go to the Control Panel, Administractive Tools, Services.
Look for Apple Mobile Device Service. If it is not running right click on its name and choose Start.
If it is running try disabling your antivirus and firewall.

let me try to explain:
- i launch a recovery of my Iphone 4
- Recovery faled and my phone still on the recovery mode, with thepict the white cable to connect to itunes
- itunes after that dont recognise the iphone.
- windows try to finished the recovery mode, but shpw a pop up : the driver of Apple Mobile Device (Recovery mode) not found.
- i removed all itunes software and restart the PC , then reinstall itunes no result.
- i stop and restart the service Apple mobile device, no result
Plz advise help
