Mar 4, 2012 5:24 AM in response to salpalby Winston Churchill,Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.

Mar 8, 2013 11:02 PM in response to salpalby Sambolero,I am Not located in the US. After a restore I did not find Netflix and others in the menue. Simply switching back the the Apple Store US solved the Problem as Apple TV had chosen my actual location, where Netflix is not available.
