Safari does not show all bookmarks in drop down menu. There are more in all bookmarks, but it shoes some of them (open all bookmarks). What is it? some setting, Xmarks effect or what?

The Bookmarks menu is one of several possible collections that show in the All Bookmarks window. Only the bookmarks in that collection will show in the menu.
Then I do not see Logic in safari. I'd like to add bokkmark and its added not into bookmaks in the collections, but in the bookmaks below. What I should do next? I should move it manually to bookmarks in collection as second step? I've never seen so stange bookmarks management!
When you add a bookmark, you choose the collection it's added to. Choose the one you want, such as "Bookmarks Bar" or a subfolder.
Bookmarks are not added at all into "bookmarks in collections". They are added into "bookmarks" below collections. This is the problem. Then I can not see added bookmark from drop-down bookmarks menue. I am confused with Safari bookmarks. I see screens in guidebooks that Safari that there is no such bookmaks section below, besided collections. How to manage this?
